Laser tag arena design project + design supervision (priced per m²; quote on request)
This option gives the most complete picture of the planned premises and how they will be built. LASERWAR’s specialists and designers supervise the entire construction stage according to the agreed schedule.
The set includes:
- Brief for the premises;
- Measured floor plan (if required);
- Re-planning layout (if required);
- Layout solution (up to 3 layout options);
- Equipment placement plan;
- Floor plan;
- Ceiling plan with lighting layout;
- Lighting circuits linked to switches;
- Layout of sockets, electrical outlets and laser tag game devices;
- Required wall elevations, structures and details;
- Notes and recommendations on construction details and materials;
- Materials specification;
- 3D visualisation (detailed photorealistic visualisation of each room and individual decorative elements; number depends on budget);
- Schedules of referenced and attached documents;
- Design supervision*;
- Selection of, and advice on, materials, equipment and interior items, with item codes, suppliers and prices;
- Revisions throughout project implementation.
* Design supervision includes scheduled site visits to advise, approve and check that builders and subcontractors are following the design project, so that it is realised as well as possible; making necessary corrections to the project documentation; and preliminary and final selection of finishes, interior items and furniture. It is the designer’s oversight that the building being created matches the design decisions made during the project and recorded in the documentation. Design supervision guarantees the project is built exactly as designed, changed or supplemented by its author, as the party with a complete understanding of the whole design and its details. It continues throughout the renovation and finishing works until they are fully complete.
Design supervision includes:
- Scheduled site visits (including travel to the construction site)
- Supervision of correct implementation of the design project
- Necessary corrections and additions to drawings;
- Remote monitoring of project implementation;
- Selection, purchasing and delivery control of finishing and decorative materials, etc.;
- Advice to the client on any renovation-related questions;
- Advice to builders on all drawings provided;
- Checking that delivered finishing materials match the chosen samples;
- Placement of decorative elements in the interior.
