Description
The “Cerberus” mine is a versatile device that can replace a tripwire mine (with motion sensor). Its housing is modelled on the American M18A1 and Russian MON-50 anti-personnel mines.
Capturing the flag or holding a control point gets much harder with a “Cerberus” on the field. Depending on the settings, its IR pulse can hit friend and foe alike.
– The device “eliminates” laser tag players within its kill zone – up to 12 metres.
– Two powerful 1 W speakers give maximum realism when it “detonates”.
– The impact-resistant plastic housing lasts even under intensive use.
– No configurator software is needed: setup is easy by hand using the plug key and power button.
The front has 8 IR diodes, 2 IR sensors and 1 red indicator LED. The IR sensors filter out interference and operate reliably 99.8% of the time, so false triggers with our technology are close to zero.
The bottom has a charging socket with a tethered rubber cap and the power button; the top has a capped slot for the detonator.
The mine “explodes” in two cases: if its IR sensor triggers or if another mine or grenade explodes nearby. It can also be shot.
After triggering, the device beeps periodically for 10 minutes while the red LED on the front flashes, then switches off.
It can also be set to “explode” – killing every nearby player regardless of team colour – or to “fire”, shooting a series of maximum-damage shots at enemy players only.
Optionally, a strap for mounting the mine on posts or trees and a set of two spikes for ground mounting are available.
In the box. Supplied as the “Cerberus” mine. The “Smart Li+” charger is not included; select the option or buy it separately.
