Delivery
We deliver nationwide by courier. Delivery costs R180 per order and is free on orders over R5 000. In-stock items are dispatched within 2 working days. Most LaserWar equipment is made to order and ships in 4 – 8 weeks; we confirm the lead time after you order. Business packages are delivered and installed by arrangement.
Returns
Under the Consumer Protection Act you may return unused goods in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund (excluding delivery costs). Defective items are covered by the LaserWar manufacturer’s warranty and are repaired or replaced by TagQuest in South Africa.
Bookings & events
You can reschedule for free up to 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations more than 7 days before the event are refunded in full; within 7 days the deposit is non-refundable.
